Consignment Return Policy

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Item Descriptions & Condition

• All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
• We describe items to the best of our ability, including condition, sizing, and any visible wear or flaws.
• Due to the nature of consignment items, minor signs of wear may be present and are not considered defects.
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the item’s described condition.

No Returns for Fit or Preference

• We are unable to accept returns due to:
• Incorrect fit or sizing
• Color variation
• Change of mind
• We encourage customers to carefully review measurements, photos, and descriptions before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• In the rare event you receive an item that is significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Any resolution is at our sole discretion and may require photo documentation.

New Item Return Policy
New items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• The original receipt or gift receipt must be presented at the time of return.
• Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange only.
• All swimsuits, shoes, and bath products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
